AS Roma boss Jose Mourinho has ruled out any possibility of forward Paulo Dybala leaving the club this January transfer window amid a link with Chelsea, according to TuttoMercatoWeb (via Football London).

Dybala has been linked with a departure from Roma this month, with Chelsea among the interested parties.

It is reported that Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino is a huge admirer of the Argentina international, and he is pushing for his signature this January.

Dybala has been a key player for Roma since he arrived from Juventus.

But Roma have been inconsistent this season, and the regular absence of Dybala has been a contributing factor.

However, Mourinho believes Chelsea will not be able to sign the 30-year-old forward and expects the player to remain with the Serie A club beyond this month.

Dybala has a release clause of £10 million in his contract, but the release clause is active only until January 15.
